Coffee and culture
The client brief was for a coffee table with concealled storage for magazines, books and other items for her North London, Art Deco mansion block flat.
The interior design scheme has been influenced by the many original architectural features retained in the flat. The table was designed specifically for its setting and indeed tips its contemporary hat to the distinctive style of the period.
The design provides the most functional solution to the brief. Traditional tambour doors slide neatly away for maximum accessibility to storage and internal drawer.
