Mewslade Cabinet

Named by the client after her favourite local beach. This striking piece is born and bred on the Gower from 6-year air dried quarter cut oak from nearby Park Wood.

The client wanted a cabinet to display personal treasures and to one day bequeath to her daughter as a family heirloom. Six glass panels individually designed by a local artist Caroline Rees (see links page) to symbolise her life, family and local area are a further personal reference.

A timeless and functional design which highlights the beauty of the local timber should serve the family for generations to come.
